This template uses mini-post like one here: http://www.falconhive.com/2008/12/blogger-template-zinmag-remedy.html

The mini-post method has been reported of SEO issue, so I don’t know if using VIP Revolution Lifestyle Blogger Template will lead to this, too?

First, i want to say thanks to FalconHive who create Zinmag Remedy Blogger Template.

I want to ask you, what is “mini-post method”? Can you see my Cellar Heat Blogger Template? It also use “mini-post method”, didn’t it! But, there is no one who report any SEO problems with this blogger template so far.

The mini-post method that we use in Cellar Heat and Zinmag Remedy has same structure with general blog template. We only control the box size using CSS code!

Then, what’s wrong with Zinmag Remedy Blogger Template? I do agree with you that this blogger template needs many improvement. I checked the demo version to find the problems (click menu View – Page Source in the Firefox). I hope the author of FalconHive read this post and he can fix it as soon as possible.

In the header, we can find where the javascript files are hosted. We can find this code,

What?!?! There are double <h1> tags there! I suspect this is the main problem! We have many limitations ind Blogger and H1 tag is very important for on-page SEO of your Blogger template!

You can see that many parts of this template are not widgetized. You have to edit manually using menu Layout – Edit HTML. So, you need to have simple HTML skill to avoid error when editing this template.

This is my honest review. I write this post to make you understand more about blogger template. I don’t want you blame FalconHive because you lost your visitor after you used this template. It is free template and please respect the creator!

What about my Revolution Lifestyle? You have to know that i don’t use “mini-post method”. It is totally different with Zinmag Remedy and Cellar Heat. I use javascript application to create “magazine widget” to display recent posts from a category (label). You can read my previous explanation here.

But, search engine doesn’t read Javascript. Yes, it is right and i want to keep the SEO power of your blog posts. Then i “hide” the blog posts in the homapage using CSS code for your blog SEO. You can not see it but search engine will read it.

And, one secret again, i use <H1> tag for every blog post title to improve your blog SEO.

But, please keep in mind that changing your blog template can be positive or negative. And you need some days to make a conclusion (not only one day).
